Contributions are not tax deductible. Donations support Toney for Judge and will be used for campaign-related expenses. $2,800 is the legal maximum for individual contributions. State law requires us to obtain the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individual on contributions of $250 or more per election cycle. Political contributions are not charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate and foreign national contributions are not permitted. Public employees please disregard.
